It does not store official Currituck County jail records, court records, NCDAC records, federal custody records, immigration records, warrants, or booking photographs. It cannot confirm custody status, release a detainee, post documents, or file anything with a court or agency.

The site points visitors toward resources such as the Currituck County Detention Center, Currituck County NextRequest, NC eCourts, the NCDAC offender search, VINELink/NC SAVAN, BOP, ICE, and related North Carolina public-record statutes.
